Jesus did not avoid hard conversations. He rebuked Peter, questioned motives and exposed pride. But He also restored, forgave and empowered. His model of accountability was relational, not transactional. He corrected to heal, not to shame. The disciples grew because they stayed close—even when it was uncomfortable.
